Step 1: Download the app

Download the Speed Queen® app from the Apple App Store® or Google Play™. Select Sign Up or Log In and follow the steps to set up your account.

Step 2: Enter location code UNION1

Select PICO + UNION Lavandería by entering the 6-digit location pin UNION1

Step 3: Load funds

To add money to your account, select “Your account balance” in the app and choose a payment method: credit or debit card or Apple Pay®

Step 4: Choose your machine

Enter machine number or scan QR code on the machine. Select your cycle, and pay.

Step 5: Press "Start" on the machine

Be sure to press the green start button on the machine! You can choose to allow notifications via text, email or push to get a reminder of cycle completion.
